Who we are

HeyYachty is operated by HeyYachty LLC (Florida). Contact: [email protected].

HeyYachty is an online marketplace. We are not a charter operator, vessel owner, employer of captains or insurer. Each booking is a contract between the renter and the owner (and the captain, if one is hired).

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use HeyYachty. The person booking must confirm they are 18 or older and will be aboard for the trip.

Bookings and payment

Owners set their prices. Checkout shows the trip price, add-ons, any captain fee, the card fee for credit cards and sales tax before you pay. Sales tax applies to the boat rental only.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All payments for bookings made on HeyYachty must stay on HeyYachty.

Cancellations and deposits

The Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to every booking. A boat may have a refundable damage deposit set by its owner; it is a hold on your card, not part of the price.

Reviews

Reviews must describe a real trip. Renters can review a boat once per completed booking, within 14 days after the trip, with up to 5 photos. Review text is screened automatically and HeyYachty may hide reviews that break the rules.

Liability

Boating carries inherent risks. To the extent the law allows, HeyYachty is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a trip, a vessel, a captain or another user. Disputes with HeyYachty are resolved by individual arbitration under Florida law.
