Delete your account

In the app (signed in)

Open Account and tap Delete my account & data, then confirm. Your name, phone, email and sign-in are removed right away and your account is closed.

Booked as a guest

Open your trip (Trips > find my trip with your booking reference and phone or email) and choose delete my data.

By email

Email us from the email on your account, or include the phone number on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 30 days.

What we keep

Payment, booking and payout records that tax, accounting or legal rules require us to keep (generally up to 7 years), and records needed to resolve an open dispute or refund. Everything else is deleted.
